You’ll know what’s happening
We know how uncomfortable it feels to be asked questions by your client but not to have all of the information. So, we’ll keep you and your client in the driving seat by communicating openly and often. We’ll aim to give you one point of contact.
Your patient’s care will be personalised
Your patients need care that’s as unique as they are. We understand that no patient, client or situation are identical. We will personalise our approach so you can feel confident that your client and patient will access exactly what they need.
We’ll partner with you
We are part of one shared community. We’re on your team, and we will work to create a strong, collaborative relationship with you. We’ll make sure you are kept at the centre of both your client’s and patient’s care.
Your client remains your client
We understand you may feel apprehensive referring to a centre that has a first opinion service. But SDVR is a standalone team, committed to working exclusively with both you and your client. Preserving that relationship is very important to us.
If we can’t manage your case,
we won’t charge your client
Our team of Advanced Practitioners can handle most referral cases. Typically we identify cases that need Specialist care before booking. We’re happy to reassure you that if we don’t pick this up until a referral consultation then we won’t charge your client.
